Director – Human Resources

• Eligibility Criteria / Responsibilities: MBA (HR), Master in Human Resources from HEC recognized insititution OR an equivalent HR degree Computer skills is compulsory. Higher & Foreign Qualification will be given weightage.
  Age Limit : 30-55 years
  Experience : Minimum 10 years experience in any multi-national or well reputed Organization.
  Salary Package : Negotiable
  
  Responsibilities :
  To Define goals, objectives, strategies and their implementation.
  To conduct a detail situational analysis of TDCP operations.
  To devise job descriptions, KPIs and role of each of employee.
  To manage all company H.R requirements, including employee’s retention.
  To develop policies for inducting, evaluating and promotion of employees.
  To maintain & update professional record of employees.
  To Prepare the plan for training of employees to enhance their performance.
  To prepare the job evaluation, H.R policies job description and compensation structure.
